I am the most angry at Jen for gaining so much weight because now she won’t fit in her jorts this summer, and I’ll need a new username. :|

Lol I feel the same way! She never did turn into a skeleton riding that damn peloton! I feel deceived and let down.

I didn’t see Prissy in the winners lineup at the Pittsburgh Marathon today, I guess his move kept him too busy.

I’m curious where he would plug his car in if the house is a rental. Maybe he thought the landlord wouldn’t mind adding a car charger but it got vetoed. Maybe Steven will be getting a new one also.

I lived with my widowed mother til I got married at 29. But I also paid rent, cooked dinner, bought my own toiletries and cat’s food and did my own laundry. My daughter lived at home for two years after college graduation, then announced she was apartment hunting because she was 25 and old enough to support herself. She had no debt, not even school loans. It broke my heart but it made me proud because we raised her to be independent and not squander money on excessive spending. Her ‘boys’ need to cut the apron strings if she won’t. Maybe they won’t be able to live on their own as they do with mommy and daddy, but we all went through the process of growing up and taking on responsibilities, they need to man up IMO.

They probably had to use the 365k to pay off Prissy’s credit card debt lol

They sold the NY house for $200k more than they bought it, plus whatever they paid down living in it for a little over 8 years.

I did a very rough estimate if they had a 20% down payment and 3.5% interest rate. After 8 years, regular payments would lower the mortgaged amount to $387k. They sold for $780k, which means they walked away with more than $400k profit - a tidy downpayment on a Charlotte house.

Did you do an amortized payment when you figured it out? I did that for a house my daughter was looking to buy and with a 25 year mortgage it would take 12 years before there was any equity because the first 12 years went mostly to interest. Of course they did sell at a profit but the 200k may be all they walked away with. Just curious.

In her favorites video she called them the perfect curvy girl jeans, no Jen, they are just expensive Lardass Jeans. Maybe she should check Poshmark for some Applebottom jeans and boots with the fur to replace the pirate boots.

Wait a minute, did I dream him saying that the downstairs was where his parents would have their own living space? Did I miss that on the house tour? That garage looks like it’s for 1 1/2 cars, not two cars lol

I had to fast forward through most of that one. I couldn’t take any more of her phony sales pitches and his orgasming over the most useless overpriced shit.

How could he let Stanley STEEMERS in to clean the couch and chair and not have that filthy carpet cleaned? It looks like Mickey Mouse laid the carpet in Steven’s office, so maybe the buyers said don’t worry about the carpets, we’re ripping them out. Right after they repaint all of the black walls. He is delusional if he thinks he has design talent.

He said EVERYTHING sold! Then proceeded to list what hadn’t sold.

I have a nut allergy. As a child in elementary school in the very early 2000's, I would have benefitted greatly from a nut free school. That wasn't really a thing when and where I grew up. I had kids trade me snacks with nuts in it and I had no idea. This is a dangerous allergy. Jen's attitude towards it was gross tbh. It is such a small accommodation that saves lives. She literally cares about nobody

I’m in my 60’s now and had never known anyone with a nut allergy until my daughter hit kindergarten with two classmates out of a class of 18 that had it severely. The class went on a field trip to Carnegie Science Center in Pittsburgh where they had the kids make peanut butter playdoh and those two boys had to be completely out of the room. This was eye opening for me but the small private school still did not go nut free. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches were the alternate lunch daily. And that brings up another thing, Jen really grinds my gears when she calls them peanut butter jelly sandwiches, lol, never in my life have I heard anyone else say it that way, but maybe I LiveUnderARockLikeJen

I see Tweaked Knee makes an appearance in this vlog, although she states she has never tweaked her knee exercising before. Lying liar who lies also making a vlog appearance.
