It makes me wonder whether that's what she did when she says she had the house checked for mold. Instead of hiring experts to do a thorough inspection, she probably just asked her "handyman" to take a look, and he said "Eh. I'm sure it's fine."

.omg you guys, props to those of you who managed to sit through that entire live monologue. 😶 I tried, but very quickly skipped through here and there and then gave up after a minute or two. I cannot stand listening to her and all the crap she says. Jesus Christ, how does she not get tired of hearing herself?
I didn't even get to the part where she says her mouldy flip is a fail. Can anyone paraphrase real quick?
She went to the garage to measure for elfa shelving and saw something (water marks on wall?) called her handyman and he checked everything and said it was fine. She will need to replace the roof soon (she said roof not shingles).
The people who flipped the house (she said flip a few times) painted the garage floor with something that is chipping off, comes in on their shoes. Handyman will try and power wash it off. And he can hang the elfa brackets when he does that.
The patio door was bowing. She thought the house was caving in but the flippers just used a cheap door. She has to replace that.
So she replaced the kitchen counter and bathroom counter, made an upstairs laundry room, replaced light fixtures. Doesn't like the bathroom tile and I can't remember what else she said. All that money and all she saw was same square footage, half the price as RM1 and a fireplace. She should have bought a newer smaller house without crappy flip finishes.

.I think the last thing Jen needs is another dog. I also think it was shitty of her to introduce her woo woo spirit stuff to the kids by leaving them a NOTE FROM THEIR DEAD DOG on Christmas morning. Especially if she didn't plan to get one for more than a year.
I feel like she's going to imitate Montana guy. Show the dog/ drive the Dog in the 4 runner at some point for followers and likes and attention. Camping Dog.
So it will probably happen after the mountain climbing and after she has to bring the car home to load up the Dog. Maybe later in the summer and before fall run Disney? or before Christmas for next spring travel shitshow. I think she even mentioned not doing run Disney next year. Perfect set up.
But you know she's not going to do it because she wants to love a dog.

So where do we think she is going from LaVerkin. It's 4 hours to Salt Lake City and 2 hours to Las Vegas. I think she pretty much told us she was researching private storage facilities instead of leaving Blue at the airport. Like some of you said, I think she is not thrilled with camping and Blue may be sitting for awhile.
Do we know where she came from to Sedona? Phoenix?
ETA....I watched the ending and she said she is coming back to Blue later this spring.
